By accessing or using the OneSpaces platform ("Service"), operated by Futurescape Technology Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

OneSpaces is a property listing marketplace that connects property buyers with sellers, agents, and builders across India. You may use the Service to browse listings, shortlist properties, contact sellers, and — if approved — list properties for sale or rent.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

To list properties on OneSpaces, you must apply for a seller account. Seller applications are subject to review and approval by our team. Approved sellers are bound by additional seller guidelines which form part of these Terms.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their property listings and associated documents. OneSpaces does not verify the legal title or ownership of listed properties.

All content on the OneSpaces platform — including the design, logo, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Futurescape Technology Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, documents) to OneSpaces, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of property listings, availability of the Service, or fitness for a particular purpose.

OneSpaces acts solely as a platform intermediary. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or financial advisor. Any transaction between buyers and sellers is entirely between those parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurescape Technology Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
